Jacobs Healing Hands assist individuals without health insurance receive Home Health and Medical aid.
Referring companies or individuals can submit a request to the website under the Contact Tab or Fax request to 888.325.3711.
Please include Patient First and Last name, Date of Birth, patient home address and the services requested.
Home Health services includes
Skilled Nurse, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy,Speech Therapy and Home Health Aide.
Medical Aid services includes
Wheelchair, Bedside Commode, Rolling Walker, Straight Cane and Hospital Bed.
Acceptances are based upon organization donations and funding.
Jacobs Healing Hands give monetary donations to several different companies and agencies to meet the needs of the individuals they serve, we also supply churches with medical aid for the members and their community, we put on events for senior citizens which I call them my SAVVY SENIORS in the Independent Living Facilities.
Jacobs Healing Hands Mobile Food Pantry will be in different communities throughout the Metro-Area, which will enhance ALL lives.
